Are any of the rooms twin rooms?

No, all of our rooms contain double beds, none of them are twin beds. However we do offer the option of adding a single rollaway bed (at an additional £25 per night) to your room (not applicable to all rooms).

What time can I check in?

Check in is from 3pm. Between 3-6pm Monday - Friday check in is via reception at the Tower House. Post 6pm check in is via the Turl Street Kitchen duty manager. Monday-Friday early check ins can generally be accommodated.

Weekend check ins

On Saturdays and Sundays check ins are via the Turl Street Kitchen from 3pm. If you arrive prior to 3pm at a weekend you will be able to leave luggage with us but you will not be able to check in early.

Late check ins

Our restaurant is open until at least 10pm Monday - Saturday so we can handle the majority of late check ins with advance notice. Please note that on Sundays the latest check in time is by 9pm as our restaurant closes at 5pm. Do bear in mind however that we do not have an overnight reception. If you are worried about arriving late please give us a call on 01865 246828 to ensure that we will be able to give you access.

What time is check out?

Check out is by 11am.

Can I have a late check out?

Occasionally this may be possible, late check outs are handled on a case-by-case basis so please do ask.

Do you have parking?

Due to our incredibly central location in Oxford we cannot offer parking.

The Oxpens multi-storey carpark is approximately 10-15 minutes walk from us but now offers all day parking for £6 if pre-purchased.

There are city centre car parks nearby too, however these can be costly, so we recommend using the JustPark app or website (we will provide you with a discount code to use when you book with us), or alternatively, the city's fantastic park and ride facilities.

Can you accommodate my food intolerance?

Absolutely. Advance notice is useful but not entirely necessary, we will always be able to accommodate you.

I'm vegetarian can you accommodate me?

Again - absolutely. Our breakfast menu can be adapted to suit anyone and our lunch and dinner menus always feature at least one vegetarian dish.
